Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped out within 14 business days after we send you your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, and your order should then take another 2-7 business days to be delivered. Due to the ongoing global situation, please allow extra time for the carrier, as some delivery service providers are experiencing unexpected delays.

Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking your order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@abchiselarmy.com with your name and order number and we will look into the reason for the delay.
